Becoming Radical

In order to get radical results, you must be willing to take radical actions!
.
.
In 2012 I finally graduated my nursing program after fighting a hard fight for 7 years. It wasn’t until I realized that I had a emotional priority to finish school as a duty to my country and a duty to my family, that I finally made the sacrifices and created the disciplines in order to accomplish my goals!
.
.
The same occurred in my military career, where for so long, I was going through the motions, clocking in and clocking out in order to just do my time until I could get out, but then in 2017 I had the opportunity to volunteer for the Virgin Island Medical mission trip post Hurricane Irma, and it was then when I realized I had a greater duty to my country than simply going through the motions.
.
.
It wasn’t until I started to take radical action, in my education, in my careers, in my health, in my finances, in my business, did I finally see the shift, the RESULTS!
.
.
See most of us only dip our toes into the water in all we do. Then expect some magical power or miracle to come from no where to get us out of the hole we are in!
.
.
Here’s the thing about life, it only rewards the people who are willing to sacrifice comfort, who are willing to be courageous in their approach to battling their adversity, and lastly, who are humble enough to accept when they make mistakes, stop pointing fingers, and just get up and go do!
.
.
That’s why in sharing my journey, I want to teach more women to be more courageous, be more humble, lead from the front in their teams, to learn how to sacrifice comfort for greatness in the future, and how to help others achieve those same results!
.
.
Those are the women I want in my team. Those are the women I want to be leading and growing with. Those are the women I want to teach and train!
