Summer’s over and now it’s time to take out the leggings….
I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty excited that Summer is over, not that I don’t love the warm sun beaming on my skin, or the ability to walk outside whenever I’d like, or go to the beach on a quiet Saturday morning, but because I’m so happy to have my kids back in school…lol…there I said it. I’ve literally been mommying all alone this Summer and it was rough. When Fall hit I felt a sense of renewing in my spirit, just as the green leaves start to fall off the trees and the leaves start to change colors, I too am able to shed the stress and overwhelm from my life and go back to having my “me time”. Who else feels like that?
I took it upon myself in this new season to reignite my spark, re-energize my spirit, and feed into my passions, but that doesn’t come easily when we are bogged down and overwhelmed with the daily to-do’s of being a working mom. It’s so hard to balance it all and still find time for myself and I know you also struggle with that too. That’s why this Fall I wanted to create a community for women just like us, who need that renewal of spirit, health and wellness, and imperfect balance. So I got to thinking, what if I created an online community specific to this season in our lives: Kids are in school, the weather it getting a little bit cooler (at least on this end of the world in New England), the slow cookers are coming out, and leggings and boots are just around the corner. The holidays are coming and it’s easy to fall into the trap that begins another season of overwhelm and distress, but what if it doesn’t have to be that way? What if I can teach you how to reduce the stress, overwhelm, and calm the chaos throughout whatever phase of your life you are in? What if you could learn how to develop strong daily habits, such as simple workouts to get your body moving and increase your energy, simple meal plans you can throw in the crock pot in the mornings, so dinner is done before you even get home, and organizational tips that’ll leave you with more extra time you won’t even know what to do with?
When a woman feels in control of her schedule versus the schedule controlling her, she gains more energy, she can create the time to work on herself mentally and physically, and she can improve her marriage, relationships, career, and overall purpose and truly enjoy life.
That’s why in the the next 90 days, we will learn to integrate healthy habits into our daily routine that will be focused on improving our metabolism, increasing our energy levels, getting more focused in our daily life, and sculpting our muscles and getting us closer to the healthiest, strongest, BEST version of ourselves!
Lastly, expect to have a true LIFE TRANSFORMATION, and HAVE FUN!
